The manager on the phone was courteous, if a bit hard to hear. He tried to run my credit card to book a room for the night, but was having some difficulties authorizing my card. He told me that usually they don't hold a room without a card, but he would make an exception for me and my family. We were traveling and trying to find a hotel with a vacancy was difficult for that night. I'm so grateful.

We had such a great stay! The room was spotless and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was very comfortable, and we all got a great night’s sleep. Each morning started off right with a hot breakfast—plenty of tasty options to choose from. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, especially the housekeeping and breakfast team who were so sweet and kind to my toddler daughter. Nice hotel. Hot shower. Lady behind front desk was a bit rude when my husband asked if there was a steakhouse nearby. No hand towels or washcloths in bathroom, but nice man at desk took care of that really fast when we asked for more towels. Was a bit pricey, but it's in a pricey location. This hotel is located behind a few other hotels and close to a cracker barrel if you like that.
