The nastiest place ever. We payed for the room but have to find somewhere else.
We stayed here for a few hours this past Friday until our resort allowed us to check in, and the guy was absolutely incredible!! Now why the low star? I just called back and spoke with a middle aged woman just now trying to find my earbuds to see if I left them there and she was so rude. I got to hotel and asked for an early check in which the gentleman behind the desk said it wasn't available which is fine. So I took a seat in the lobby to wait until 3pm in order to check in but the gentleman said that wasn't allowed and we got into a little argument over that the lobby was not something small where I'd be in the way there was multiple chairs for people to sit in I'm assuming.
