WOW - Excellent Place to Stay – I read all the positive reviews on Tripadvisor and thought I'd give this place a shot. Was I glad I did! The place I normally would stay in Redding was about $40.00 more a night and the rooms were almost the same. The thing that really made the difference for me was the girls at the front desk they were so helpful and even recommended one of the best places to eat we had on our trip. My new home-away-from-home – My job requires that I travel a lot. Usually I'm staying in an impersonal hotel with 200 rooms and a loud lounge on the property. On my last stay in Redding I stayed at the Travelodge and I felt like I was staying at home. The staff all called me by name. I felt like they actually wanted my business. And I slept like a baby. Redding's Best Kept Lodging Secret – Called Redding's best kept lodging secret - Come on ! But then I stayed there. IT WAS ! great place. Staff was exceptional. Our room was clean and spacious. The price was the best I'd gotten in town. Visted Redding many times in the past and this stay was our best. There was free wireless.
