Great place to stay!!! #Good Amenities#Clean#Good Service
A very rude clerk at the desk, plus he is a very shady character. He tried to collect an extra $50 when I had already paid Priceline $73 for one room with 2 beds, for myself 3 grandchildren,and my daughter. I do have a dog too, who is well behaved and doesn't bark or tear things up. He claimed that my grandchildren would be eating breakfast, and that would break him. Overall I prefer Days inn over any of the motels in Bastrop however it did disturb me when we scheduled for an additional night to stay and there was no issue or problem at the beginning however when we went to pay we were told that they would have to move us to a smoking only room because we were smoking in our no smoking room, this is not the case! The bed was like laying on a board we left hour after being there and got a refund
We decided to stay at Super8 on a spur of the moment because the rates were good and they had vacancies. The room was nicely decorated, very clean and the a.c. was great. There was a coffee maker a refrigerator and OMG a microwave. This was a blessing for me because of a special diet, I am unable to most restaurant food. The staff was pleasant and very helpful. We also enjoyed the breakfast provided by Super8. I hope to stay here on my next vacation to Kisseme. I highly recommend this hotel.

This was an excellent hotel for our needs. Very clean beds & linens. The staff was very helpful, friendly & kind. The breakfast left something to be desired but there is a Denny's in the same parking lot literally a 1 minute walk from the hotel. The poll is quite small but we weren't there to utilize it as we were at SeaWorld & Aquatica during the hotel pool hours so the hotel pool wasn't needed for us. We will definately be using this hotel again when we return in September.
