I would say to probably shut it down and remodel it or tear it down or light a match and watch it burn. Would be the best way to improve this hotel. It really is the bottom of the barrel sadly only thing in town we could find. Pretty sure there is a permanent resident living in the room next to us who's music is way too loud. We had to shove a towel in the air conditioner because you can literally see an inch of daylight in 20 degree weather that gets pretty cold. Hm where do I start, walls are black, black mold in the tub, white towel looks like it was peed on, cigarette ash on the floor desk chair was super greesy floor greesy, stayed in room 126 won’t do that again. The lady at the front fest promised to talk to the manager about our stay before she charged us so she charges us and clocks out and never told the manager. One star is a compliment
No change at front desk! Also no lights by the night stands. And last but not least. No milk for the cereal at the continental breakfast! This hotel chain sucks!!!!!!!
Front desk didn’t have change and room didn’t have light bulbs on the lamps next to the bed. Remote control volume level only went up to a certain level and couldn’t hear TV.
If I could give negative *’s I would! I am disabled and booked a 1st floor room. We arrive and they say they don’t have one. I make it up to the room only to find the beds are not made and the light in the bathroom is falling from the ceiling. We go down to complain, and he says our maids cleaned it. After some banter, he had a 1st floor room but the toilet in it didn’t work properly. After more words and excuses on his part, my money was refunded to my card.
