When my husband and I arrived I was a little frazzled as we arrived later than expected and I have to admit I was a little hangry...no fault of the hotel . Anyways the nice blond lady who checked us in - Katie? - was very helpful and I felt so much better by the time we got to our room. The room was nice and clean and I had a good night sleep.
