The room was fine, but the service wasnt that great. We had a problem with our reservation and the staff seemed annoyed to help us check in. The housekeeping service is bad 😆 our last day our checkout time was 11am. Housekeeping was knocking on all the doors at 8am. We heard other rooms yelling theyre still sleeping. They knocked on our door at 8am and we were sleeping. Then they knocked at 10am and we said we are still here 🙃 then they just knocked again just now at 10:40am. Absolutely love this place! When I first stayed here back in April I was super pleased with the amazing staff that we had to come back! My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Christian and we adore him! We were so amazed by how well he remembered our names and always enjoyed the little conversations we had with him before we went out & when we returned. The hotel itself is very clean and the rooms are very cozy. We definently will make this hotel our place to stay anytime we come to deadwood!!
Absolutely the best place to stay around Deadwood!
Great room with a good price. Next time I’ll try one of the balcony rooms. I’m writing this review days later, because I randomly remembered the little breakfast omelets and how hard they slapped. I might be addicted to them and would almost book again for them.
