Clean comfortable rooms... staff were very friendly and helpful with answering questions and recommendations on places to see and eat...
I spoke with a man on the phone trying to see if my room was confirmed, he was really weird &&.. rude on the phone and made the whole call cringy and uncomfortable. Just because of that customer service I rated a 1 star they definitely need to get someone else answering the phone !
Great experience. The lady at the front desk has helped me a couple of times now. What a delight. She had my paperwork ready for me as I walked through the door.
