THEFT!!!!! These two pieces of paper are the pictures of the police report I filed for the theft of my granddaughter‘s pocketbook. Really read the whole thing because it is absolutely ridiculous. Not only did they steal my granddaughter‘s pocketbook with everything inside, but our sink and shower also didn’t work. Dirty bathroom. There was hair on the floor. Door is in serous need of painting. Sink was dirty. The room it self is dirty. Lose change on the floor, crums on the floor, stains on the box spring cover.
The booking website made a mistake with the dates. I called the hotel to change the dates, not cancel, the day after. They told me I had to pay $160. Horrible customer service. If they need the money that bad, I would expect cleanliness and service to be down as well. There are better options in the area, trust me I booked them.
