If you want a hot shower, you get no water pressure. If you want to sleep past sunrise, too bad. The curtains don't close. Clean room.
Hotel was clean but dark at night time. Gym was subpar 5 pieces of equipment. Three cardio machine won’t turn on. most equipment didn’t work and was rusty. Hot tub was barely warm and inside the gym. Never got room cleaned first night and Wanted more coffee for my room they tried to charge us per k cup. Almost everything had a hidden fee.
Rooms were clean. Appreciated them giving us an early checkin! Enjoyed the free breakfast in the restaurant.
Why is it that you have to show your credit card to get your hotel receipt? A room number or last name should be enough, that's all you have to do at any other hotel!
