First off there was a power outage Fri and Sat (1am-2am), that I can understand being problematic however It was handled POORLY, Both Saturday and Sunday no Breakfast (they could have put out cereal,milk, donuts, juice) and on Sunday morning there was NO employee's around, lobby locked with a note and phone#. No instructions about checking out , no SORRY about no breakfast, that is part of what I was paying for so we could go to the beach without wasting time to go find breakfast. NEVER AGAIN. I stayed in a room that was filled with bed bugs. It was disgusting!!!

Where should I start well there was a beer in the fridge, no one bothered to cover the blow dryer before they try to paint the walls, there's 2 missing tiles in the restroom and 2 punch holes in the headboard of the bed, the water and the tube ran the whole time I was there,(and you can't shut it off) and there is roach poo in the nightstand. THIS IS ABSOLUTELY THE WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! DOESNT EVEN DESERVE ONE STAR! READ THE REVIEWS! First, let me begin by saying I never even thought to look at the reviews because they have a "Wyndham" brand name affiliation and I booked this based on the "Wyndham" name. The Four Seasons directly in front of this property is also a "Wyndham" affiliate property so I just assumed it would be comparable. I'm sure everyone else has been making the same assumption!
