Thank you to the front desk and the maintenance. My ac went out and they fixed it right away and were great about it. Thank you two for your great customer service.
I stayed recently.. Never again..Desk staff incompetent..no breakfast..only offer cold coffee..said the restaurant next door had food.. couldn't print out a receipt at check out.
Was told they had a brand new ice machine, but it don't work, at lobby didn't either, no plastic glasses to use. Was told I could have came down and got one. I said you have to come down for them. WOW. But the manger ok the room. Also was told we have to wait they are in a middle of a shift change and we can wait over there till there are done. OVER ALL I DON'T RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. NOR THE DINER NEXT STORE.
Decent beds and conveniently located. Good service by desk clerk, who got us a ground floor room. Railroad noise at night, highway noise early, about 7 AM. Rooms spacious and clean. Decent value, priceline @ $72
I recently stayed at Travel Lodge in Yuma, AZ because I needed to get some dental work done in Los Algodones. I had a One Key Rewards from Expedia/Hotels.com that I wanted to use for a complimentary stay at one of the hotels featured on their website, so I decided to take advantage of it.
