I have been a guest several times...and everytime the manager is hardly visible. The employees are the problem solvers with the issues that this place incurs. I know 3 out of 4 times ive visited Kristi has been the one to make everything smooth. Ive witnessed her not only do her designated job as housecleaning but also does the roles for front desk,janitor..and even managing duties. Horrible service, took the front desk receptionist 6 times to give us a key card to a room that wasn't dirty or already occupied, at 1:00am after traveling for 16 hours. Need less to say save your time and money.
The best travel lodge on the western slope. Clean rooms, great food, friendly staff.
Worst experience ever for a hotel. Staff was incredibly abrasive at the beginning and extremly condensing. We had made a reservation via third party for 2 rooms and made us feel like we were idiots. Desk claimed the reservation was for only 1 room and refused to accept my confirmation email from hotels.com. Upon solving the situation, after calling hotels.com, front desk proceeded to make unnessiscary comments that were very misogynistic.
