Worst experience ever for a hotel. Staff was incredibly abrasive at the beginning and extremly condensing. We had made a reservation via third party for 2 rooms and made us feel like we were idiots. Desk claimed the reservation was for only 1 room and refused to accept my confirmation email from hotels.com. Upon solving the situation, after calling hotels.com, front desk proceeded to make unnessiscary comments that were very misogynistic. Overall terrible, would not recommend even though it’s the cheapest one around! Staff: Most of the men are just rude, abrasive and combative. Hotel: dirty, has a weird smell, almost always have issues with the key not working, and rooms are never cleaned good. Diner: food is okay, kitchen looks gross, when fryer is used a pungent smell builds in the air, cooks use same gloves when touching raw meats and other foods, no basic cleanliness when it comes to food safety.
