This hotel (also named Sleep inn?) was a pleasant surprise. Looks like it was recently updated. Nice two bed room with basic amenities, but a bit higher noise level (combo of room design/material and number of kids staying there at the time). Very clean. Service prompt and friendly. Breakfast was basic, juice, toast, bagel, waffles, small danish, coffee, scrambled eggs and sausage patty, etc. I am a bit of a coffee snob, but it actually was decent. Overall, simple but decent.
