I was very disappointed with the hotel’s security services. The security guard on duty was inattentive and seemed to spend much of his shift sleeping instead of actively monitoring the premises. This raised serious concerns about the safety and security of guests, as the role of security is to remain alert at all times. Hotels should ensure their staff are professional and attentive, especially when guest safety is at stake.

Worst hotel ever, i dont wanna give it one star even their management is not worth even, cooridoors like jail, and they just treat you like you never expect, idk what jealousy they have in their mind but i willl never go back to this hotel ever. Their manager, I dont like her even a bit….

Only good thing about this place are the water slides, and the pool. Seen roaches and bed bugs there.

I booked 4 nights through Traveluro. I started getting creeped out vibe as soon as I walked in. The hotel staff was nice. That's the only good thing about the hotel. As I'm walking down the long, narrow and dimly lit halls to our room, it felt like a horror movie. Each hallway looked like it would lead to our death. We finally got to our room.
