Staff was friendly, efficient and professional. Booked the "deluxe" King room. Well what can i say.... I hate writing bad reviews and usually don't. But i have to. The room was clean.. But very run down. Large orange extension cord, which was repaired in several places and looked as though if stepped on would possibly shock you, was laid across the room connecting several things. Including the bed side table...fridge and who knows what else. There was no tv guide available or channel list or any literature about hotel...area... read more
Very comfortable stay
STAY AWAY!!! Outdated rooms. Theres something always wrong with every room, broken deadbolt, fan in bathroom not working, or plugs not working. I've come in and had the fridge be unplugged or set to the lowest setting. I count on the fridge to be operating and cold because I come here from work. Why is the fridge unplugged in the first place? Was told it was plugged in, came back and said you didn't plug it in and they argued with me telling me I was wrong that it was plugged in; turns out they went to the wrong room by then... read more
Second time staying here on a work trip; everything was as expected. Not a huge food selection for the free breakfast but "free" is definitely the key concept there. Will stay here again on my next work trip to Windsor.
Overall good hotel. Nice, helpful,friendly staff. Clean rooms and hotel.
