They came right on time as the entire Williamsburg was sold out. Great customer service as I forgot something in the room. They retrieve it and kept it for me. Lifesaver as it was a very important item.
There is no breakfast on site, there is no pool on site. You have to go to another hotel and it's highly inconvenient.
Toilet issues , lots of bad traffic , smells terrible , red stuff on bedding , and marker , couldn’t find pool
Wanted a hotel with a pool...had pool advertised but the pool was not available. Rooms were small but okay. Outside cleaniness could be a lot better.
Very disappointed , outdated, and no maid service
