We booked on Expedia to stay and paid extra to pay at motel rather than pay when we booked. It was $8 more for that option and it was fine because it gave us 3 weeks to make sure we got the deposit done for the trip. They immediately tried to bill my card three times in a row for the full amount even through our booking agreement was for pay at property. When I checked into my room there were mouse traps all over my room and a dead roach beside the mouse trap so I went to Expedia which is who I booked my room through and asked them for immediate refund and it was not available immediately so I asked for another room the day got mad because I went to Expedia and told them what was going on and said that I didn’t have to talk to Expedia about the issue and should have came straight to them and switched my room so I get in my new room and the tv wasn’t set up and ready which is... read more
The rooms were very outdated with peeling paint and a couple holes in the walls. We found roaches in the bathroom. Lots of noise and banging going on all night. Broken beer bottles in stairwells.Location is very close to anything you want to do in and around Williamsburg, however they are plenty of other hotels in the area. I would highly recommend looking into one of them and avoid this place completely
