My coworkers and myself travel often for work and stay in many hotels. Our experience with Travelodge Waters Edge was absolutely appalling. The property is in poor condition and the staff is rude and confrontational. There's a reason why this place is the lowest price hotel in the area, they're providing an absolute bottom tier service. We will never go back, and if you're here in the reviews considering whether or not to give this place a chance I'm advising you to look elsewhere.

Had a reservation get there and they are closed for renovations. No phone call or email. Multiple other people also showed up. Prepaid for the room nothing can be done. Left to find a new hotel at 730pm

The place is shut down. Apparently it was told to shut down 6 months ago, was made inhabitable 6/26 and was still operating and taking new reservations! The inspectors came and moved everyone out and canceled all reservations. I was sent the pre-register email yesterday for my stay today and everything! Their website sure didn't have the correct pictures of the rooms or property!! Gross!

I didnt even get to stay because when i booked my room over the phone they put down the wrong name, email, and address on my reservation i spelled them several times slowly as well to avoid confusion and saying stuff like s as in sam, still got a 20 letter last name for a 7 letter name and my simple 1st name misspelled.
