Rooms could use major updating and cleaning. Check-in process was slow at the diner and the woman told me I “looked tired.” Gee, thanks. Also asked if I wanted a top or bottom floor room. I said bottom. Then she said they didn’t have any available on the bottom. Didn’t point me as to which part of the bldg I’d be in so I thought it’d be obvious from the outside but it wasn’t. Place is not what it seems, they have deceptive practices. I canceled my reservation after being told there's no room available but yet on their website it is posted as available. Was told "it would be cheaper to get 2 rooms than a room with 2 beds. " Without agreeing my reservation was changed to 2 rooms but yet I was charged already for the 1 room with 2 beds. It has been 7 days and no refund yet. And I was told when I called Sunday for a refund it takes 48 hours for refund. It's been 48 hours and more. Called again and st... read more
