Overall not too bad for what you're paying for. I think it has a bad reputation for the location and transients in the area, but for the most part they minded themselves when I was there, and if they approached, at least they were friendly. The rooms are dated, and there are definitely roaches, possibly even bed bugs. But it was cheap and management/staff is friendly once they know you aren't there to cause problems. Got there late. Reservation already canceled. Didn't even try to help. Still booked a room (my mistake) for 1 night instead of my original 3 nights. Rooms lights didn't work sink was leaking toilet didn't flush and shower head was spraying everywhere. Worst of all digital door locks weren't working. Seemed like all other "guests " were homeless people living in the rooms
