Had to wait at the main desk for 30 mins rang the bell multiple times after a 12 hour shift the room was in disrepair, and dirty with garbage on the floor from the last person, the door didn't even close on its own as the top hinge is broken, exposed electrical outlet, and it was loud and uncomfortable... not worth that much for a stay, and not safe... I've stayed at motels that were nicer...

Have been there for over a week, bad service. They sometimes skip the cleaning. Funny thing is they don’t refill the shampoo and body cleanser, I have been using the 0.75 oz shampoo and body cleanser for three nights until it ran off. I had to get outside at 10 pm in the frozen winter to buy as I don’t want to repeatedly go to ask for another 0.75 oz little bottle. Ridiculous. The upstairs walking gives you loud crack noises at late night.

This hotel is seriously overpriced. The rooms are old, my toilet was broken an ran the whole time. The free breakfast was moldy bread and cereal. Don’t know how they can charge $200 a night

Very unfriendly person at the front desk. When I asked to see a room to ensure it was clean due to negative reviews, he told me I had to book it first. This was the first time I encountered such a policy, and the only reason given was ‘security reasons.’ I do not recommend staying here at all.
