The lady at the front desk did not know what a service dog was to begin with, she had to google it. Finally after a deposit and better understanding, i got my key. Then, when I got the room, there was a HUGE roach waiting for me on the bed. I karate kicked it and left him to die in peace on the bed, and kindly asked for a refund. Drove an hour to Effingham since there were no available rooms in the area due to a local sports event. The refund was posted the next day. I love staying here, the staff are really kind, the rooms nice for the price, and their free breakfast is immaculate. The wifi can be a bit dodgy but everything else is pretty solid. Nice place to stay!
Not too bad of a place. I was wondering about it when I pulled up after reserving. Turns out it is pretty quiet and they clean great, very pleasant people to deal with. Rooms could use a few things such as this one the shelf in the bathroom someone has bent it down. For the biggest part this is a pretty good place and a good deal
Treated me with much respect had car trouble had to stay there three nights very comfy
