I checked out after being there less then an hour. This place is a health and safety red flag. 1. The room we got smelled of smoke and more then one kind of smoke. 2. Graffiti on the window in the bathroom. 3. The door to our room had no weather seal. 4. We had people smoking illegal substances out side of the room door with small children present. 5. Booked using booking.com, I booked a 2 bed. They only gave me one bed. Once I went to the room, as soon as you open the door you could smell all the cigarette smoke that was coming from the room. When I peaked in the room you could see it wasn’t even clean completely. They offered another 1 bed room and it was just as bad. We told them at office that the rooms was very disgusting and we were not comfortable letting my toddler stay in those rooms. They told me to cancel with booking.com.
