Pool & fitness area down, Hotel has carpet sticking up, which is a safety hazard, Room was filthy, items under bed, AC & heat was loud, hair in the shower, dust everywhere,
The rooms are great but it is the staff that are amazing. Anuyamjot Kaur was amazing and helped us overcome a little confusing situation via an email error. Thank you so much. Erika was extremely friendly. Pam at the breakfast spot was so kind. Our housekeeper Faathiya was super amazing and efficient. We felt very welcomed by all we met at the hotel.
Rooms were dirty upon check in. Stuff on the floor, remote was sticky, holes in the walls, and toilet wouldn’t stop running. Pool was being renovated, but no warning before hand. Breakfast was horrible. Food was cold and hard as a rock.
I just got home from Sydney travelodge and I was reading all these reviews, I really don't understand people, this place was very clean,breakfast was good, staff are wonderful and helpful, they did everything to make our stay wonderful. The cost is reasonable, beds are comfortable and it was quite even with a hockey team in house. I say if you're looking for the Ritz hotel go to the Ritz because I have nothing negative to say about this place. And,yes...I plan on staying here again. Imo thanks for listening
The building is falling apart, the paint is peeling off the walls, the pool area has mould all over, the staff tried to kick us out of the lobby because someone else wanted to sit there despite us being a quiet group of adults having friendly conversations. We travel to this area as a part of sports tournaments every year and we will find a new hotel from now on.
