I asked for an early check in for 1 PM prior to my check-in date. When I got there at 12:55 pm I’m guessing they probably weren’t prepared or didn’t realize there was an early check-in. Based off of the conversation, I overheard I heard the front desk person say well we’ll put her in this room for now. Once I got to the room and I seen all the issues.
