Excellent! My husband, 2 toddlers, and myself stayed for one night. Good price for what we expected. The room was clean and had all amenities needed. Downtown is approx. 2 miles away. Totally worth it!
Stayed for my third time and was refused my request for extra pillows. A king size suite with 2 people only gets 3 pillows flatter than a waffle iron! The owner said “They don’t allow that” . What a dumb response. Even if they said it was extra I would have paid. These people are clueless. I will NEVER book this Hotel again! Their answer speaks volumes about their concern for customer comfort and mocks the request.
So I must say I'm posting this right away! I booked a cottage for me and my girlfriend for her bday. We was very satisfied with the room, it was super clean,water is hot, and the service and hospitality is amazing. The staff is very hospitable and respectful. We have decided to make this our St. Augustine place of stay.
Very clean hotel. Rooms recently upgraded. Only problem was they only had 3 pillows for a king size bed. When we asked for more, we were told "they don't do that anymore" this was from the owner.
Great Owners, Clean rooms Warm pool Close to everything in Saint Augustine. It’s our third visit to this motel!
