If I could give zero stars I would. The owner Devin needs to get this hotel in shape...problems with water, either cold or scalding hot with no in between. Sink drains take forever to drain. His evening staff Sharita is the rudest, most disrespectful person working behind the desk, gave my daughter who was my guest a fit when she mentioned the issue with the water. Britney on the weekends is a ROCKSTAR! However, whomever works the overnight shift is EXTREMELY rude and shouldn’t work anywhere in customer service. She doesn’t let people speak, has an ego complex and dismisses people when they complain about ZERO hot water. She was rude to my uber eats delivery person, and told them to tell me I HAD to come downstairs, and told myself, disabled mother and 5 year old child we had to check out because I complained about running the water for 30 minutes and it remaining ice cold. This used to be a decent, nice priced hotel but I will never stay here again! The carpet in my room was disgusting, the sink was stopped up, no hot water for a shower and an inch of dust on the headboard of the bed. Very disappointing!!
