Over the month of August I spent over 4k staying at this hotel. Although most staff are nice, on the night of Aug 27 the receptionist refused to give me some water saying I have to pay for it. Thank you for taking care of your guests!!! Otherwise, I was intending to leave a good review esp because the ladies that serve the breakfast they are so welcoming.
I had to.pay the $15 fee for my service dog. The front desk night clerk was less than happy to serve us (or else she was in a bad mood). The room was as one would expect. The basics, no USB charging.
We had a wonderful stay at Travelodge by Wyndham Spruce Grove. After a week-long vacation in Vancouver, we were driving home and found this hotel. It was the most affordable option we saw, yet it turned out to be the absolute best. The hotel is a little older and not brand new, but the cleanliness is truly perfect — everything felt spotless and well cared for.
