I selected this property because it is part of the Wyndham Hotel family and I assumed that quality standards would be enforced. This property has the appearance of having received zero maintenance for the past decade. The parking lot has not been maintained, and the building exterior gives the impression that it has been abandoned. The stairs going up to the second floor have sections of carpet that have been torn off of the risers. The walls are all stained and scuffed and the stairwells and corridors.
