The old lady at the front desk named Dorothea was so rude made us feel uncomfortable. She also made racist comments and brought up the fact that she’s not a Democrat very unprofessional.
The WiFi is extremely bad. The shower is so disgusting we needed shoes to get inside. Fleas on the bed and the reception did nothing
DONT EVER STAY HERE!!! Zero stars would be a more accurate rating. The rooms were absolutely filthy, with pieces of trash still on the floor of a "clean room", and thick layers of dust on every surface. Then to top it all off, they have BED BUGS!!! I have over a dozen bite marks and have had to spend my day back home treating everything I own. Worst service I have ever experienced in a hotel, even when the open sign was on, they still locked the doors and complained when they needed to provide service for their tenants.
Highly recommend especihaly a special manger name Dorothea which give us a great customer service and she is like magic
The worst place I have ever stayed. My husband chose this hotel because it is close to his out-of-state job site. Came for a visit to find the hotel located next to a small vacant lot with a bus stop and scattered homeless, a legit prostitue at another bus stop 30 seconds up the road, and sirens going by all day. I didn't feel safe enough to leave the room until he got there after work. The room is very dingy, like carpet you don't want to even walk around on in socks.
