Really dated and old hotel with not so great rooms, old cramped showers and noisy rooms. Only saving grace is location.
We chose this property for the affordability and proximity to the cruise ports. The staff was amazing, the rooms were clean and there were restaurants, stores and entertainment within reasonable walking distance. The monorail stop for Space Needle is less than a half mile walk. The shuttle for the pier picks up at the property. Would stay again.
Only good attribute about this hotel is the location. Property not well maintained and a lot of broken amenities. Elevator, ice machines. Manager was very rude and insulting. I opened a complaint with corporate. This hotel management has no concept of what a customer is. Paid 500 for two nights and was my worst travel experience in 50 years of worldwide travel. Will never stay at travelodge again. Many hotel chains treat their customers with respect
