Bed was horrible and we stayed in the “king’s suite” best thing about this room was the jet tub. Other then that things in room didn’t work tv in bathroom, vanity light on bathroom mirror shower was dirty, couches were filthy!! furniture really needs an upgrade. Parking was good breakfast was very basic for the amount we spent I expected more for a “King’s Suite “
Extremely overpriced for the terrible service! The AC was broken, there was no hot water, and the reception was consistently empty. We had to shower in another room. A complete rip-off. Stay away
I had a very disappointing stay. The hotel hosts were either rude or completely absent. The lobby was almost always closed, and there was no one available to assist with basic requests. When I did manage to speak to someone, they were unhelpful and dismissive. Poor service overall—I wouldn’t stay here again.

Muy buen lugar. Tiene desayuno incluido lo cual resulta muy conveniente. La habitaciones amplias y confortables, el calentador no estaba preciso, pero justo estaban en mantenimiento. El inconveniente que le pondría es que la puerta da de frente al exterior, lo que con el frío no es muy conveniente.
