It took my husband an hour to check in. He said the man working the front desk was aggressive and condescending from the start and using an all paper system which may have lead to the delay. The room was very muggy because of the lack of a bathroom fan- the bathroom window can be opened, but on the first level that removes any sense of privacy. This was a pleasant surprise. I was not sure about the location as driving around homeless people were camped out on the next block. Otherwise the facility is clean and well kept. The room was simple and had plenty of space. I was on the second floor so I had a nice view of the pool and courtyard. I really enjoyed the fact there is a bathroom window in the back.
