This Travel Lodge was taken over by new owners recently. The new owners are very dishonest, and crooks. They kept $100 deposit because the towel was stained. they were asked to show the towel, but it was in the wash. This is the second time this has happened to a friend or family member. The first time was a $75 deposit because of a plugged toilet that was not plugged when the party left the room please beware they will take your deposit especially if you seem like you are in need or homeless.

It has a perimeter fence with key card access only so thats a big plus. Downside is that the parking lot has no fencing. Good spots tbh, but also slightly expensive. But great rest and peaceful.

I got totally horrible experience here!!! Both I and my boyfriend are allergic to the bed sheet, they changed another room for us, but the issue was unsolved. We also saw live bugs in the bathroom, but they didn’t admit that and asserted that their rooms were clean. They refused to refund.

I had booked online , and when I first got they , they stated even tho I paid I need to put a deposit down , okay no problem , I try to add another day to stay longer , they wanted to charge me for another deposit even though they still have my current deposit, the staff talk to you like your dumb and is very disrespectful Kelly is nice and understanding and I feel bad for being mean . This place was great for a one-night stay. The rooms were spacious with clean bathrooms. Simon checked us in, he was super friendly, attentive, and quickly got us a room near the staircase since we had luggage. Big shoutout to him! Overall, a great experience with very helpful staff.
