Smelled like cigarette smoke and was filthy.
The location is very convenient to shops and restaurants. There is no ice, all the ice machines were missing or not functional. In my opinion the room was not clean. There was hair on the bed and in the towels. The bathroom door had a HUGE hole in it that I only noticed when I closed it. The floor had stickers on it from kids?? The water pressure seemed to drop when someone else flushed a toilet. It appears that this location operates under two different hotel names... Filthy!!!!Poor customer service. Waited 2 hours to get Tv working. No water pressure. Old and dirty. City citation on door. No breakfast no coffee. Loud permanent residents. Seems they didn’t want a visit from ICE.Rather sleep in tent ⛺️. Very afraid of bed bugs. DO NOT USE THEM. Wyndam corporate should be ASHAMED.
We specifically asked for a late checkout and were told we could make it noon. At 11:02, housekeeping was pounding loudly in our door, yelling at us in Spanish. I am still in the room at 11;19, helping my disabled veteran partner hurry out. Horrible, horrible service. I can only hope they don’t try to hit me with an extra charge. Also, there is not WiFi, and the tv does not work
They do not offer breakfast like there suppose to in the price u pay either u don't get house keeping every day like ur suppose to u have people doing drugs in there cars while there are kids out playing around with no parent watching them or nothing like cars come through here like it's not n don't even care about kids playing outside so please do not come here to stay the water half works the floors are nasty there ice machine don't work the vending machine don't work either overall it's nasty I was here back in 2023 the s... read more
