I posted this review 6 years ago and suddenly the 1 star remained but my review had been deleted. ***my husband and i checked in and walked into our room, I went to the bathroom and as I sat, a cockroach fell from the ceiling, into my pants, around my ankles... I threw them off, shook it out, grabbed some new pants and we immediately checked out. They seemed surprised and we didn't argue, just went to a different hotel immediately. We did try to get a refund but the manager dodged us for awhile and we gave up.***
BED BUGS. DO. NOT. SLEEP. HERE. Not to bury the lead, there were bedbugs in our room and no one at the front desk to give us a refund or check us out and now we're fighting to get a chargeback. The room itself was a mess, the bathroom sink had rotten wood along the bottom that had at least one roach living in it and the mirror in the bedroom failed the thumbnail test. The room was dirty.. Sheets dirty, the mattress was stained... had to go buy blankets, the floors were filthy.. no breakfast as advertised, no coffee maker, no mini fridge no microwave..shower was falling apart..water so hot it scolded or too cold, the fire alarm was taken down.
