Bed very comfortable, clean room, TV reception off/on due to weather, quiet in the back of away from traffic. I would definitely stay here again
We had a very good stay I am a wheelchair Patron and found the room to be maneuverable and fully functional for my needs my wife fully enjoyed the room also and the service the people were very friendly understanding and helpful the parking was plentiful and right in front of my room clearly marked as wheelchair accessible. If you are traveling through Ruidoso you need someplace economical to stay that is clean it has good breakfast it has friendly people Travelodge and Ruidoso is the place to go I highly recommend it 🙏🏽👍... read more
Upon arrival the manager was very nice and helpful. I used Booking to book my trip and that was an issue. Mr. Anil Patel was very helpful and supported us with resolving the issue. My husband and I have been staying there for about 16 years. The property has come a long way. The rooms have been renovated and the pool and hot tub now work. Overall the property looks very clean. The amenities are great too. From now on I will be calling them directly to book and no longer use Booking. The only thing I did have a bit of an issu... read more
