Floor was dirty and sticky. Shower had so much hair in it that it couldn't have been cleaned or even rinsed after last use. So we laid the towels out on the floor so we could get to the bathroom without having to put our shoes back on just to go to the bathroom.
The best part of our Travelodge stay were the 2 shuttle drivers, John & Glenn. Both were friendly, experienced and appropriately helpful — even searching for awaiting passengers because they had to park further from the door than desired. Both helped us feel honored, respected and welcomed. The hotel less so. Nighttime & morning receptionists weren’t bad, just not overly kind & warm. 1st room given had a puddle of water on the floor, which was promptly cleaned before we changed rooms.
