The staff here have been very friendly, especially Amber and Sara. No matter how stressful it got with calls and guests, they were always helpful and nice. The big downside is that the room was not very clean. The floor was all dirty and there was old coffee or cola splashed in the sink and hadn't been cleaned up. The bedding was covered in dead gnats and though the staff tried to help, they didn't have any replacement bedding.
Set a reservation online. Get there to be informed it’s a $100 CASH deposit for the room. I said no thank you cancel my reservation. Went to a much nicer place. Wake up the next morning they charged my card!! Call the customer service line listed online. They give me a runaround and give me another customer service line to call, call them. Stayed here twice this month for a body building competition my son was in. Both times at check-in we were helped by Amber. She was so nice and friendly. The place itself needs some updates but for most part it was clean. Rooms were clean. Parking lot definitely needs some work. We stayed here because of the location from airport.
★★☆☆☆ Disappointing experience. After arriving at DTW airport, I realized that I had accidentally made two reservations for the same room type and same date. In my panic, I canceled one booking, only to discover that it was completely non-refundable. I contacted the hotel and politely asked for assistance or at least for them to authorize Agoda to issue Agoda Credits, but I received no flexibility or support.
