BEWARE. IF I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE AMSTARS I WOULD. i booked this room after driving 11 hours and go to Jack in was told that I needed a $150. Cash deposit, no exceptions. I did not have the cash deposit. So I was denied getting a room and it used the last of my phones to book the room and then was told I have to take 7 days to get the refund. So because of this , my wife and I slept in the car.
I wasn’t looking for the Ritz Carlton. I was looking for a place to stay while power was out at my house. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast 🍳? I don’t know. 🤷🏽♀️ Front desk staff? Nice. I was on the first floor and the hallway was clean also. You get what you pay for.
Literally the only good thing about this hotel is its closeness to the airport. *Day one… of the three rooms that we rented for our five day stay one of the rooms was never cleaned! The door was already open, and when I went downstairs to inform the front desk that There must be a mistake. They blamed us and said that we dirty the room!??! We had to prove that we had not been in the room yet. I told them that we have not been checked in for more than five minutes. How could we have dirtied the room that we have not seen???
