Run by a very nice family, good vibes. A clean, well appointed, modest place, you get what you pay for. For me it's about people more than stuff.
Clean rooms, good service and very reasonable prices compared to the nearby hotels.
I called the number and it was just a call center number. I asked for an early check in and she stated that I'd have to get a late check in on the 19th. Today is the 20th. Even though she got all the info I gave her wrong. I respectfully asked her to just connect me to the concierge at the richmond location and she hung up on me
