Goos hotel if you're looking for a bed to rest for the night. The building is older and the hallways are dark, but it looks like they renovated the rooms. It is right on Yonge and you can take the Blue line to get to Toronto easily. No bed bugs and everything was freshly cleaned when I arrived. My only complaint is that there was a big gap in the door and you could hear people in the hallway clearly, but thankfully people were quiet. Very good
As someone who has previously worked front desk in hospitality, I pay close attention to how guests are treated — and the staff here truly stood out. Everyone was exceptionally friendly, patient, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they care about guests and take pride in their work, which isn’t always easy in this industry. The team handled everything professionally while still being warm and approachable. Huge respect to the staff — they’re doing an excellent job.
