First room we were given had piss all over the bathroom floor so they changed our room. Second room did not have a phone to the front desk and air conditioning hardly works. They advertise photos of a pool which has been under renovations for 3 years. Place is a joke.
Honestly, it's a good budget stay, the lobby is beautiful and the rooms are quiet with comfy beds, but a lot of minor inconveniences that add up. Elevator is sketchy and bumpy, Shower head was leaking from the connection and water pressure was low, AC barely worked, and the wifi so slow it's unuseable. Also, the elevator smelled so musty. Everything else was great though. There's a few restaurants nearby and it's easy enough to get to!
The room we stayed in was clean and the bed comfortable. But I think the continental breakfast could have had more variety. For example, adding more dry cereal choices limited to 1-2, adding hot oatmeal/porridge, yogurt, and muffins (less sugary pastries).
