No pool or Sauna like it's announced
Wouldn’t take either of 2 working credit cards. Ripped up the paperwork and said “I’m cancelling your reservation.” Rude.
Had bed bugs in 2 of my rooms and was eaten alive with bites. The hotel owner proceeded to tell me I was lying and didn’t believe me. Neither of the room were properly clean and fumigated. Terrible service, terrible owner and terrible hotel! 0 STAR.
