I stayed here 3 nights,Sept 16,17,18 of 2025 and had a wonderful stay. My only issue was a bed that was a little too soft for my lower back injury. It certainly didn’t take away from a great 3 days though. Brigette at the front counter is a great host. Answered any questions I had and the check in and check out were flawless. I will definitely stay here afain on my next trip to Waterton. Highly recommended.
The rooms have been recently remodeled and mine seemed perfect. New bed and bathroom. Free laundry down the hall. I must comment however on the carpeting on the hallways and stairs and lobby area. It should be cleaned and gives the whole place a black eye. If not cleaned soon it may have to be replaced. Location is fine, just a bit odd, behind Walmart.

Good clean rooms. But that’s about it. Service was lacking to say the least. The lounge was ok. Drinks were watery. Food wasnt cooked fully. And took a long time to get service cause employees sat on they’re phones.
