The room was clean and the beds are somewhat comfy for hotel beds. Now, when checking in the front desk young lady (African American- not that it matters just for identification) was very rude and mumbled when speaking to you about the hotel rules. I had to ask her several times to repeat what she said because I couldn’t understand what she was saying. One of the “rules” was they don’t clean your room during your stay. Great nights sleep, comfortable bed, clean room
Despite a few recent bad reviews, and not knowing for sure what we were walking into, we gave this hotel a shot and they dunked it! We talked to the front desk lady who was super nice, and she said they have hired new cleaning staff and are working hard to make things right! If you’re a family/couple on a budget and trying to have fun in Pigeon Forge, don’t let it scare you. Our room was very clean, saw no roaches or creepy crawlers during our 2 night stay.
