The customer service is amazing. They treat you like people not just someone paying them. Rooms are nice. Ac and heater work great. Usually always a nice quite area. Definitely my go to hotel for pasadena
Overall, we were agreeably surprised (better than we expected). Pros: - Our room was recently renovated and in great condition. - The room was spacious. - Parking is free. - The reception clerk is very nice and accommodate for your request fast (quarters for laundry, extra towel). - Neighboring guests are polite. Cons: - The cleaning could have been better (we found 2 long hairs in the bathroom).
