Great and staff was so nice....all need a raise
I'm a budget traveler, and I thought the price for 2 nights here and the good reviews would reflect our experience. I was wrong. I booked this to have to not be in Hollywood when going to Universal Studios. When we checked in, the gentleman at the front desk didn't take my ID to confirm I was who I said I was, as well as said the room number out loud, which is not something you should EVER do as a hotel concierge. This place was awful and I didn’t even end up staying there! There were no smoking signs everywhere but people were smoking everywhere! There were dead bugs in the bathroom! Never will do that again…or I didn’t even do it!
Said free breakfast , found out they dont serve it but that's alright the rooms are satisfactory.
