Excellent accomodation for anyone coming to Caltech. The campus is just a short bus ride away. The hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, but there are plenty of options nearby. They don't do a full room service by default, only change towels, collect trash and refill the coffee. I found the room floor a bit sticky, and it could have been cleaner. I have stayed at this hotel multiple times. The front desk is always very kind and helpful. There is no extra parking fee which I really like as most hotels charge. The rooms i have stayed in have always been clean and the TVs have full cable. Parking and location is very convenient and you cant beat the prices.
Jay was absolutely wonderful, everything in the room worked.It was quiet.It was clean.I was very happy
The hotel manager was very friendly and flexible! Conflicting information online had led me to believe that continental breakfast and a pool were available, which was not true. The manager was very understanding about this confusion and upgraded my room at no charge. It was also very easy to access help at all hours. There was also no issue when I wanted to extend my stay.
Number one: there is no parking! Get a spot early Number two: I don't know where the people ate that left a review about breakfast at this hotel, but THERE IS NONE Number three, :my room was extremely clean and quiet with good beds.
