We enjoy this hotel when we visit Parksville. They are kind and helpful. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable and they provide plenty of pillows. And the towels are soft. They provide dove cleansing products so that was pleasant. Our shower did a really loud screeching noise after a few minutes of running. Took us a while to figure it out. But the pressure was nice.
