It's nice for shirt stays, but it's over priced
Many years of clients booking rooms for staff. Room booked credit card and authorization completed. Employee arrived, Travelodge no card received. "If you want a room you have to pay for it" Checked Travelodge on line two nights 231 plus tax. We were billed 519. No breakfast, not close to downtown way more expensive then downtown Ottawa even with parking. Travelodge response, you paid for the room. We will not be using Travelodge again.
Client rserved a room, the day of arrival client called and confirmed reservation for two nights. At check Inn Travelodge claimed no credit card used to confirm room and ealrier call "did not call them, If you want a room you have to pay for it". Travelodge doubled charged for the room at $250.00 a night. Manager refused to add note to receipt " no credit card at time of booking". Room / Location not worth the fee, look Downtown where it is cheaper.
