The hotel needs to be remodeled or at least to improve their maintenance. The rooms are not bad. They are clean and the beds are comfortable but the pool is not close to the pictures on the website. The customer service is definitely horrible!
Booked a 1 queen Deluxe room only to get there and told that the girl over booked it so I was given a Standard room which was not upgraded like the deluxe rooms. This meant that the Standard rooms had the old beds. Very hard and uncomfortable. Same with the pillows. :(
