The front desk staff specifically Mariana was wonderful. Great personality and even better service. Lextor the maintenance technician was also very helpful and polite.
My wife is pregnant and we wanted to stay close to Winnie Palmer Hospital for a few nights because her due date is on the 9th they treated us extremely well here anything we ask for they were able to help us with especially Mariana & lianys they treated us like family I really appreciate it it was a really pleasant experience thank you all and God bless
Casi todo muy bien. Pero te exigen cuota de 100 dólares para ingresar y luego no te los devuelven, nisiquiera responden en la página de Booking para informar cuando se hace el reembolso de ese dinero.
I stayed 7 nights, book 3 rooms ,Roaches in hotel rooms, no hot water, people smoking weed outside hotel room, mold in rooms will not change towels or bed sheets for 7 days if even if you complain everyday, you have to go get your own clean sheets and make up your beds and the will not refund money . Worse experience ever i wish I could give it a -10 .
