Room is very old and run down, my bed frame was broken, room stunk, window doesn’t open, door doesn’t lock, pillows have black dots on it, pool, elevator and much more aren’t working, outlets barley work. Overall horrible hotel walls are crusty shower curtains don’t fit the bed. There’s a bar underneath the hotel never come here spend the extra money and go somewhere else. Also shower drain doesn’t work, and takes forever to get warm, sounds horrible. Bunch of sketchy people will most definitely be asking for a refund

This place was so bad found a cockroach my door wouldn’t lock my bathroom door didn’t too the lamp was outdated kept randomly at three in the moring no filter in window

This place is a dive. It's not even worth the Airmiles we spent on the room. Airmiles should delist this "hotel". Giving it a star is over rating the place based on the room we were assigned. Although it is next to the RCMP office, it seems to be sketchy neighbourhood and definitely not a very popular area.

The room was small and retro but it was cool for us we only needed a place to stay for the night easily accommodating it was a good day
