I stayed at the Travelodge Nanaimo on August 28th and accidentally left behind my decorative King pillow. The front desk called me right away and I confirmed I’d be back to pick it up. A week later, when I returned, I was told it had been given away to a random person with no verification whatsoever. I’ve since spoken with multiple staff members, yet no one in management has contacted me to rectify this situation. Travelodge by Wyndham is in a perfect location. The free ample parking is convenient. We were overjoyed at the cleanliness of our room, with daily room service. The eating room for breakfast was pleasant and breakfast, which is included in the nightly fee, has tasty healthy options. We highly recommend this accommodation.
