It's our go to when we attend a concert at the Ledge in Waite Park, Minnesota. Rooms are always clean and beds super comfortable.

Very outdated and broken down. Very small room and bed. Door knob on outside door almost broken off. Chair worn down, toilet paper holder barely hung on. Very round about way to get there as well. There was also a conference going on so there were tons of older people hanging out in the lobby and outside front door drinking and smoking. Breakfast was a bag with water bottle, granola bar, fruit cocktail, and muffin. Was not worth the money we spent to stay here.

Not fancy, but clean and comfortable with no bugs as advertised. This was an excellent choice for lodging during the Preserve Championship disc golf tournament. You're going to have to ask for room cleaning if you need it, but the morning breakfast grab bags had water and granola bars which were great for out on the course. I'd skip the muffins and fruit cup, neither were very edible. Overall, very pleased with the location and value.
