I’ve stopped here several times, to and from Sturgis in August. Always with a reservation, never had a glitch.

Checking in for my reservation around 530 PM. Walked in to a room that had trash in the counters and bed unmade/dirty. Went to the front desk and explained the situation. Told her I was not satisfied and wanted to just go somewhere else. She said my room could be cancelled and refunded but the GM had to do it and he was “unavailable” on a plane but would be in later that same evening. No call back was made to me and after calling back received the run around. Will also contact corporate regarding issues. I stay at hotels 3-4... read more

The pictures that they show on the website must be from 25 years ago. There are no bedspreads, the drapes are in tatters, the rooms stink, carpet is filthy and furniture looks like it was purchased from a bad thrift store. And all of this was noted within the first 5 minutes in the room before checking out. Oh, and I forgot to mention the tire leaning against the building on the way to the entrance. This experience was horrible. The hotel is filthy. The bed had a large weeping brown stain from the mattress to the floor. The carpet was disgusting. 🤮 just avoid it.
