This place treated me like absolute crap. I had to go in the office 3 separate times in one day to talk to the right person. None of the staff is trained and has no self respect. The lady said we can come back at 6:30 to talk to the owner , so I can back and they booked my room to someone else when I told them in the beginning I was going to stay here for a full year. I recommend Hudson hotel, doesn’t look the nicest but everyone knows what they’re doing and they will work with you not like these people. If I could I would g... read more
Not clean! It was late and we were exhausted. Nearest motel was 90 miles away. Mold on the wall above the shower. We scooted a table out so it would be closer to the bed and there was trash behind it.
Worst hotel that I have ever stayed in. Instead of a simple greeting, the front desk lady stared at me as though I were crazy when I said “hello”. I then asked for a room and she took her time finding a room. Once I booked a room, she did not communicate anything about WiFi or amenities from the hotel. Clearly, she hated her job and made it clear she did not want any customers. Oh, and hot water in the shower was intermittent. When it worked, it takes a few minutes of running for it to get warm.
