Restroom in 208 needs small upgrades. Change shower rod and repair damage to wall Wish website listed hottub and pool closed, big reason we chose to come here vs other places in area. Staff very friendly and helpful and room was clean, bed comfortable.
The staff was the best we’ve encountered all year at the various hotels we have stayed at. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the area.

PROS- Staff was friendly enough beds were comfy breakfast was good Location was convenient CONS- The receptionist moved on to check in the next person so quickly, I wasn't even away from the desk yet, she didn't tell us which direction to our rooms, and didn't notice us very loudly trying to figure it out. floors were FILTHY. My feet were black and caked in dust and gunk. It looked like three floors hadnt been swept in weeks. Pool was closed with no explanation as to why. Drove 8 hours just for the pool and hot tub to be closed by the health department. They also never saw our reservation for the second night of our stay here on top of that, the room smells musty
