I've stayed at far nicer hotels for less than what they charge here.
Great service! Staff was accommodating. Check in was quick and easy! Our stay was quiet and comfortable!
My room had a problem, which I won't detail specifically, but handling of that problem could've been handled absolutely way better. There were no apologies at all. It felt awkward, and I felt like I had to provide customer service and say that it's okay. The room seemed clean when I arrived. The room smelled nice, and the hallways seemed normal.
